Paper For Community Cash Tokens

Apr 13, 2016

Readers of the defunct Wokingham and Bracknell Times who used to collect Community Cash Tokens will be delighted to hear that they’ve just been reintroduced in the Wokingham Paper, courtesy of TradeMark Windows.

Community Cash Tokens were incredibly popular in the Wokingham and Bracknell Times before it ceased publication in December 2014, offering charities and other non-profit making groups within the Wokingham borough a great way of boosting their funds.

Well they’re back and available to collect in The Wokingham Paper which launched in March of last year.

The scheme is simple – cut out the tokens printed each week.

Send them into the paper, as many as you like, and once every two months one will be pulled out at random from the editor’s hat. One lucky group will win £200, courtesy of TradeMark Windows.

The more tokens that you and your group send in, the more chance you have of winning.

The Wokingham Paper’s publisher Phil Creighton said: “The Community Cash Tokens were a popular ingredient of The Wokingham Times, and thanks to Mark’s support for the community of Wokingham borough, we’re delighted to be able to bring them back.

“Whatever your group, charity or good cause is, Community Cash Tokens offers your supporters a fun way of helping you raise funds and awareness of your cause.

“Make sure you don’t miss an issue.”

Send your tokens to: Community Cash Tokens, The Wokingham Paper, 231 Kings Road, Reading, RG1 4LS.
